All orders undergo a standard validation and packaging process before being handed over to our logistics partners.

High-Demand Periods: During seasonal sales, promotional events, or holiday peaks, processing may take up to 5 business days.
Order Cut-Off Time: Orders placed after 2:00 PM CET will begin processing on the following business day.
Address Verifications: If your order requires address verification or payment fraud checks, processing may be delayed until we receive confirmation from you or your financial institution.

2. Shipping Destinations

We operate globally but maintain different service zones depending on regional infrastructure:

Domestic & EU Shipping: We offer comprehensive delivery services across Luxembourg and all European Union member states.
International Shipping: We ship to select international destinations outside the European Union. Please check the checkout page to verify if your specific country is eligible for delivery.
Exclusions: We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or military bases due to strict courier security requirements.

3. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated dynamically at checkout based on the total weight of the package, the package dimensions, and the final delivery destination.

4. Order Tracking and Delivery Confirmation

We believe in keeping you informed at every step of your shipment journey.

Tracking Number: Once your package leaves our warehouse, we will automatically send a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a direct link to the courier’s tracking portal.
Activation Delay: It may take up to 24 hours for the tracking status to update on the carrier’s system after the email is sent.
Delivery Confirmation: A digital signature or photographic proof of delivery is required for high-value items to ensure safe arrival.

5. Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes

Within the European Union: Orders shipped to addresses within the EU include applicable Value Added Tax (VAT) and will not face additional customs barriers or import duties.
Outside the European Union: For international shipments, the recipient is the importer of record. You must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country.
Fees Responsibility: All external import duties, customs fees, tariffs, and localized taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer. These fees are collected by the local customs office at the time of delivery and are non-refundable by Berlin Living S.à r.l.

6. Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses

Customer Accuracy: It is your responsibility to ensure that the complete shipping address provided at checkout is entirely accurate and up to date.
Modifications: Address changes can only be accommodated before the order status updates to “Shipped.” Please email us immediately at duskfal@berlinlivingshop.com for urgent corrections.
Return to Sender: If a package is returned to us by the courier due to an incorrect address, insufficient details, or failure to collect the package from a local pickup point, the order will be treated as a return. We will refund the purchase price of the items, but original shipping fees and any return processing penalties charged by the courier will be deducted from your total refund.

7. Lost, Damaged, or Missing Packages

We ensure all shipments are safely packed, but unforeseen accidents can occur during transit.

Damaged in Transit: If your outer packaging arrives visibly damaged, please take clear photos before opening it. Contact our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photo evidence.
Marked Delivered but Not Received: If your tracking history states the package was delivered but you cannot locate it, check with family members, neighbors, or your local building manager first.
Investigation Window: If the package remains missing, contact us within 7 days of the listed delivery date. We will open an official investigation with the carrier. Investigation processes can take up to 10 business days to complete before a resolution can be issued.

8. Multiple Shipment Policy

To ensure you receive your purchases as quickly as possible, orders containing multiple items may occasionally be split into separate packages. This often happens if items are dispatched from different warehouse zones or if certain products require specialized protective packaging. You will receive separate tracking numbers for each individual package at no extra cost.
